Marek Filipiak - Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Is the brain and engine of Psiloc. He founded the company in mid-90s and developed its best products. Now he is the CEO and leads Psiloc’s team to his go-ahead vision of the future.

Wojciech Nowański - Chief Operations Officer

Wojciech Nowanski joined Psiloc in 2003. A seasoned specialist in the fields of marketing and business operations. He previously worked for Media&Marketing Publishing House where he climbed up the corporate ladder until he became Marketing and Sales Director.

Aneta Biernikowicz - Chief Process Officer

She holds MBA from Nyenrode University and post-master degree in Journalism form Poznan University. She took executive courses at Michigan University and quality training in Japan. She is an expert in business process management systems, international BPM conference speaker and organizer of the one in Poland. Prior to joining Psiloc in spring 2006, she worked for Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa and Polish Telecom.
